You must be at least 16 years of age to use FreshPlate. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
FreshPlate is a personalised recipe recommendation and nutrition tracking application. The service includes recipe generation based on your dietary profile, food photo analysis for nutritional estimation, barcode scanning, meal tracking, progress monitoring, and safety filtering for food allergies. Some features require a premium subscription.
You may create an account using email verification, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
FreshPlate offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store.

This application provides general recipe suggestions and nutritional estimates. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional information is estimated using food databases and AI and may not be fully accurate. Users with food allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions should always consult with qualified healthcare professionals and verify all ingredient information independently before consuming any recipes. FreshPlate does not guarantee the absence of allergens in any recipe.
Recipes and nutritional analysis in FreshPlate are generated or estimated using artificial intelligence and third-party food databases. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Nutritional values are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical purposes. Always verify critical dietary information independently.
We provide this application "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to allergic reactions, health complications, dietary issues, or reliance on nutritional estimates. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the application and any consequences thereof.
The application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the application creators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data shared with third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data from our servers.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
