Indapamide can lower blood pressure and potassium levels, and alcohol may increase the risk of low blood pressure.
Indapamide is best taken in the morning with water. Alcohol may increase the risk of low blood pressure. If you get ill with vomiting, diarrhoea or a high temperature when taking indapamide, there's a risk you'll get dehydrated. You may need regular blood tests to check the medicine is not affecting your potassium levels.
